DCT is partnering with PCs for People to provide, what we feel, is an important service to our community.  We work with businesses every day with old and outdated equipment that must be replaced to keep their operations up and running. While these computers and devices have outlived their usefulness in a professional setting, they can be refurbished and used as personal work stations to provide important connectivity to individuals and families in our community.  

The primary mission of PCs for People is to get affordable computers and Internet access into the hands of low-income families and individuals. A home computer and Internet access are a necessity today. Homework, research, college and job applications require these tools. Studies show that having a computer and the Internet in the home leads to higher graduation rates, long-term employment and a higher standard of living. Your equipment makes this all a reality for our customers.
